Troubleshooting

- Check that your coupons have valid expiration dates entered
The app is crashing. What should I do?

- Restart your device
- Ensure your app is updated to the latest version
- If problems persist, uninstall and reinstall the app (your data will be preserved if you're signed in)

Why can't the scanner read my coupon barcode?
For optimal barcode scanning:
- Ensure good lighting conditions
- Hold your device steady about 6-8 inches from the barcode
- Make sure the entire barcode is visible in the scanner frame
- Clean your camera lens if it's smudged or dirty
- Try scanning on a flat, non-reflective surface
If the scanner still can't read the barcode, you can manually enter the coupon details or take a photo of the entire coupon instead.
